One address, and a person reads it:
Write about anything — a file that wouldn’t open, a total that looks wrong, a column Rowmill read as text when it’s a date, or a question the privacy page doesn’t answer.
It’s one person building this in the evenings. You’ll get a reply, though it might take a few days.
About your data
To have your email address taken off the recipes list, write to the same address and say so. There’s nothing else of yours to delete — your file never reaches us. What is and isn’t kept is on the privacy page.
There’s a form inside Rowmill
Open a file and you’ll find a Send feedback button in the footer. It’s the quickest way to report something that went wrong, and it shows you exactly what it will send before it sends anything.
Your file is never part of that. Only the words you type and which version of Rowmill you were running — it asks for no address, so it goes one way. If you want an answer, write to the address above instead.
